In 2021, QUEST Investment Partners acquired a majority stake in Albrecht Gebrüder & Co., a property manager founded in 1987 and based in Hamburg and Berlin with branch offices in Frankfurt/Main and Munich.

QUEST Property Management

QUEST Property Management is a service company based in Berlin and Hamburg with branch offices in Frankfurt and Munich. We work for the various companies of the Quest Group as well as for domestic and foreign investors with a focus on professional pension funds, family offices, foundations and medium-sized property owners.

We are fully committed to taking care of office and commercial buildings, residential complexes and apartment buildings in central locations, with our focus clearly set on the cities of Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt and Munich. Our thoughts and actions are determined by the goal of sustainably securing the value of the real estate entrusted to us, by increasing its value and optimizing the results along the way.

Dr. Christoph Lück

Dr Christoph Lück is Managing Partner of QUEST Property Management GmbH.

    He has been active in the real estate industry for well over 20 years and has spent a substantial amount of time working for the risk and asset management division of a German banking group.

    Dr. Lück holds a doctorate in law with a focus on real estate law, and is a real estate economist (ebs). He has spent several years in England.

Dr. Philip Boll

Dr Philip Boll is Managing Partner of QUEST Property Management GmbH.

    A civil engineer by training, he holds a doctorate in economics and is also a real estate economist (ebs). As a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), he has been working in the real estate industry for more than 15 years.

    Dr Boll has profound knowledge and experience in the fields of real estate and transaction management as well as project development, which he has gained particular through his work at ECE Projektmanagement. Since 2015, he has been active as a managing partner in the area of asset and property management.
