Hotel Hohenzollern

Hotel Hohenzollern

Frankfurt’s historic jewel

The building with the resounding name dates back to 1910.¹ It is now one of the last properties around Frankfurt’s central station to have been preserved from the past century.² A historic jewel: the former hotel was once a meeting place for high society.

The revitalisation of Hotel Hohenzollern and its conversion into a modern office building will harness the full potential of its location and its history – all the while giving the city of Frankfurt a unique selling point. The historic façade with its diverse stylistic features and building elements is to be restored to its original style. In addition to the renovation and the technical upgrade of the office and commercial areas, the ground floor will be restructured to provide open and generous access points.

After refurbishment, a total rental space of around 7,200 square metres will be available for offices, retail, and restaurants.
