Bahnhofsviertel: Room for growth

Frankfurt’s Gutleutviertel¹ has changed tremen­dously in recent years. Ever since Westhafen turned into an attractive residential and commercial area, the former working-class district has become known for its vibrant lifestyle with many shops and restau­rants.

The neigh­bouring Bahnhofsviertel has also improved its image in recent years. Newly estab­lished hotels and reputable companies embody the current aspira­tional spirit. Baseler Straße 46–48 is one of the last devel­opment sites in Frankfurt’s Bahnhofsviertel, situated between the trade fair grounds, the main train station, and the city centre. As such, it can play a major role in shaping the district. Gutleut­straße 80–82 is right next door.
