The Port Rim on the upswing The building Cremon 3 is located in the heart of the old part of the city and is characterized by its centrality. Wether it is the city center with the City Hall and the Alster, the historic Speicherstadt or the modern HafenCity, they are all situated within walking distance and can be reached within a few minutes.

The existing building was built in the 1970s, is undergoing extensive renovation and gets a new, modern facade. The modernization will be completed within 18 months.
