QUEST Investment Partners sells mixed-use property in Berlin Mitte to private investor<\/span><\/h2>[vc_column_text]Hamburg, 09 November 2021.<\/strong> The investment and project development company QUEST Investment Partners has sold the mixed-use property “Echt Wedding” at M\u00fcllerstra\u00dfe 151 in Berlin\u2019s Mitte district as part of a share deal to a private investor. The property comprises over 7,000 m\u00b2 of rental space and dates back to around 1900. It was acquired by QUEST in the spring of 2020. The six-storey property features a prestigious red brick fa\u00e7ade with white bay windows and balconies. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.<\/p>\n

Its popular location next to Leopoldplatz offers excellent local public transport connections as well as an abundance of caf\u00e9s and restaurants.<\/p>\n
