The seven-storey building is the first QUEST property in Frankfurt and is located at D\u00fcsseldorfer Stra\u00dfe 1-7, right in the heart of the Main metropolis. Approximately 7,200 m2 of rentable space is available at this historic property.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Renovation of the historic fa\u00e7ade with its various style and building elements is planned for the Hotel Hohenzollern office and commercial building. The vacant office and commercial space as well as the infrastructure will be renovated and brought technically up-to-date. This will be accompanied by the complete restructuring of the ground floor zone where open and generous access to the office space on the upper floors is planned.<\/p>\n

Future measures adopted by the City of Frankfurt for the construction of new catering and retail areas in the immediate vicinity of the house will contribute to the attractiveness of the location.<\/p>\n
